If you want a costume designer/make up artist, I am willing to work for deferred pay (meaning we agree to a number that I would get paid if the short film/concept is ever sold, plus if you are in a position to still be writing/directing if it is picked up as a feature, you'll try to keep me on.) :-) Pete would probably be willing to help out too.
