know thyself? If I knew myself, I'd run away.

so north carolina was a bundle of fun. chillin' with my aunts and cousin. i got my other long-awaited tattoo on the back of my neck: )O( with a thinggy in the middle, kinda.
felt like individual hairs being pulled out very quickly.
and the flight home we got bumped off of our connecting flight from dulles to buffalo. it was hilarious watching my mom and aunt flip out at this poor guy at the gate. it was ridiculous, because i guess they purposely over-book all their flights in case someone doesn't show. bull shit. never fly united express.
feelin' a little sick, kinda woosey/coldish.
tired and bored
haven't been to the gym in 4 days! uh oh
i bought a red and white-polka-dot bathing suit heheh

Yo, just forget the gym. Take steroids like an East-German Olympian athlete circa 1988. Did you ever read Matilda by Roald Dahl? I want to look like the headmaster.

Hellooooo!! Steroids are worthless without the hard work to back it up. Genius. Plus, this hard work pervades into other areas of life and helps one to learn much about oneself and their environment. Win-win, my friend. Win-win. Finally, the benefits of the quick fix are far too fleeting to compensate for the eventual consequences. So in conclusion, work yourself until you're sweaty and exhausted from ardor, and then when you catch your breath, your muscles stop "wobbling", and you no longer feel woozy from the strain, do it again! Yay!!
