bored to memes
I'm about to embark on my last 500ish words for NaNoWriMo! Then I guess I'll either keep writing because I know it won't be finished, or I'll start working on stuffing those envelopes for the biz(naz).
I wish it wasn't snowing right now. I haven't had decent exposure to sunlight in over a week, and I'm starting to look a little pastey-chic. Not a hot look for me. Maybe I'll bundle up and go for a walk later. Or maybe not. It's cold out.
Phil and Scott want me to move in with them?! That makes me feel nice because it was phil's idea, which means people other than scott in the world don't not like me :) It's a 3 bedroom upper/lower by UB South, and they can afford it with or without me so that takes the pressure off. You know. In case it doesn't work out. Because I've lived with them before, but that was when Scott and I were a couple. Or I might want to travel abroad some semester in the future, or my parents might actually buy that house in the city and rent it out, in which case I get dibs on the best apartment in it. Stuff's looking good. I'm running out of savings, though, so i'm not going to be able to afford gas soon. Which means I'm gong to have to get a job other than processing orders for my dad. Which means I have to find out what the hell kind of treatments I'm going to be doing for my back, get them on a steady schedule, and find a job that will let me work around that and school.
meh, i'm sure it'll work out. And some time between school, doctors, work, homework, and petting The Bean, I'll find time to write. No, I'm serious. That wasn't a self-pittying thing. I love having things going on all at once like that. That's reason #635 why these past few months have been awful.
But reason #1 why they've been good: I certainly did focus more on my writing.

Well, there was the ol' "Raphael punching the wall in the attic", but that's a little cliche by now.
The time we waded down Ellicott Creek a ways? A cool memory, albeit with a tragically annoying ending (no hard feelings, of course).
I remember a REAL long time ago, before I really knew you guys, I was walking to school and I walked right by you and Essie without saying anything because I have poorly developed social skills.
Or the time you, Essie, and Myles came over to my house and I gave you guys those potato thingies.
I can't seem to come up with anything that doesn't involve Essie, anyway. At least nothing that wasn't in the recent past.
Did I win?
