long time no livejournalrama. today is my first day off in 14 days. yay? recently, i have actually decided (note: final, firm, true, actual) that I'm not going back to school this spring.
I'm leaving the beginning of April to hike the Appalachian Trail and i won't be back until late august.
i'm sure many will see this and say "oh sure maddie another one of your crazy schemes for adventure" but actually this time it's true. not, "real." True.
I can't explain it. I woke up actually knowing i was going to do this.
And i still do know.
so i'll be hiking from georgia to maine this spring/summer, alone, and content.
