Hm, I never use Dreamweaver to upload; I have a separate FTP program I use. But if it's anything like using an FTP program, you probably need to connect to the server by plugging in your domain name and a password. That's about all I can help with at this point (if I can remember, I'll play with Dreamweaver tonight and get back to you).
