Today is a happy day

Friday night was the night I'd been waiting for for weeks- Tattoo night! check mine out:

Sarah got her "Storyteller" tattoo, also, and Jenn got the rose from The Little Prince on her chest/clavicle. It was an amazing night, and Cat, the artist (of Strange Brew, btw) is amazing. I think I'm going to have her design my tree for me (it will come up under the crows and have some words within the branches...). Tattoos are addictive- have I said that yet? I have plans. Within plans.
Yesterday was also a fantastic day, with a trip to Hamburg to check out a new age store, a delicious lunch/dinner at The Poppyseed, and a ladies night at mine and Laura's (until Zoe accidentally brought her boyfriend, but he's a dancer so it's almost like it doesn't count, lol). We watched Lost Boys and played Apples to Apples, and some of us did our nails- what more could ladies want? Oh, and I made gluten-free brownies, yum.
Today has been such a lazy day. I'm thinking I'm going to write soon, possibly after I go to the grocery store to get supplies for dinner tonight: I'm going to try to make baked ziti with gluten-free pasta. I know, I know, I don't have celiac's disease, but wheat and I still, unfortunately, have a strained relationship.
That's all for now...
