villanized before your eyes

for most of you, this is not an exciting topic. But: I have money. I am lucky enough to have a totally awesome (if a bit senile) grandfather who decided he wanted to give us our inheritance mostly before he was gone. I've saved my chunk from x-mas for the Appalachian Trail next spring, and I've been in a non-nesting mode since moving back home, so yeah, I've got money. and I've booked a few trips for this July since the store is closed and I've asked off:
July 1st through July 8th I have a cottage on a section of private beach in Canada, about 15 minutes from the Peace Bridge. Yeah friendship festival! Yeah 19-is-the-legal-drinking-age! Yeah barbecues!
July 10th through July 15th Me and Scott have a hotel in Salem, MA, woot! Yea museums! Yea whale watching! Yeah Province Town!
July 17th through July 23rd Me and Scott will be "practice" hiking, doing some long trails to get experience before the Appalachian Trail. Yeah hiking!
July 25th through July 30th Me and my mom are going to Sedona, Arizona, checking out some sweet scenery and spas. Yea red rock!
so, saving some extra money seems appropriate. Course, after July, I'll be saving for the Appalachian Trail. That's my non-smoking, savings, about $20 a week :) After the Appalachian trail, I'd like to still save $20 a week, but, well, I don't know if I'll have a job... meh.
you know what I'd be saving for then? heh heh...

oh yes. for when i live some where warm and can help save the world.
