Dec. 23rd, 2005 08:18 amIt's early and I'm bored. The Bean woke me up at 7 and I couldn't get back to sleep by 7:30 and I have to be up at 9 anyway so... here I am. Scott and I are taking matresses over to the apartment today- that's kind of like cementing the move. All that's left is to actually spend the night. That'll be weird. Plus my bed won't actually get delivered until after the 28th, so I'll be sleeping on a matress on the floor. sweet.
I got a Target Visa yesterday to save 10% on my $20 wardrobe. Oh, yeah, Ikea wanted to charge me $250 shipping and handling for a $40 wardrobe. WTF? Damn, I should have gotten those floor pillows too. Ahh well. Nesting = expensive. Anyone know where one could get relatively inexpensive area rugs?

I wish I could get my roomates to go shopping with me so that we could all find things and agree on them and buy them and use them. But, alas, we are slackers all.
Shit I still need to finish xmass shopping.
Oh glory days!
Ahh, 8:30 am and my mommy is already bitching about stupid crap. I'm glad I'm home for the holidays (mmmm cynicism). But seriously folks, this xmass is gonna rock. We get to find out why my uncle is under investigation by the FBI and how they were able to get a wire tap on his phones... ooh maybe it was one of the illegal wire taps! Maybe part of my family will be instrumental in impeaching Dubyah!

No really, I get to see my aunt who lives in NC who I only see once or twice a year, and my cousin who's getting married in the summer, and my other cousin who lives in LA and works for El Spielbergo so she's always got fun stories about crazy Tom Cruise and scientologists. I like family. Oh, and xmass eve is when my mom gets bombed. Woot!
