WELL! It's been quite a weekend! Allow me to elaborate:

Medieval Times was fabulously wonderous.... the word for the night was Glorious and rightfully so. For anyone out there who is not a vegetarian or doesn't mind paying for food oyu won't eat, drop $60 canadian and go to toronto to experience it for yourself. We were on the side of the Yellow knight, who died rather undramatically. But our ally, the Black and White knight, was the Champion... but was then betrayed by the war master. Yes, sadly, our mortal enemy, the arrogant Blue knight saved the day.
Maybe it's just cause I'm young and don't drink nearly enough for a kid my age, but I really enjoyed being legal in Canada. It was casual, nice, I felt free. We had a drink at the Elm St Lounge before the show, then had some wine there, and some more at the hotel. It WAS our flippin' anniversary. I did wake up not feeling too hot, but, hey, no harm done. It was fun, and I had an amazing time.
The hotel we stayed at was so fancy. There were actual chocolates on the pillows! it was a nice big room with a balcony that looked out over Yonge right at the Zanzabar, with a big roomy bathroom, and a king sized bed. It was a "signature club" room, so we had our very own "signature club lounge" down the hall where they served h'ord'eurves (sp?) and a continental breakfast. Oooh it was fancy
We took a cab for the first time ever for both of us, which was weird. Neither of us is very talkative, and we had quiet cabbies, so they were long silent rides.
Now I've got a crown and a yellow banner to hang from my wall in rememberance of the dreamy Yellow knight...

Next up: Indiana the first weekend for April for my brother's FINAL grad school recital for upright bass. Scott will be going with us and me and him are going to be staying with my brother and Karen, so that should be a whole lot of goofy fun/adam making nasty martinis for us and watching the food network.

after that: Adam (Bass) and Karen (Violin) are 2 of 4 students at IU who made it into the Spelato (sp?) festival in south carolina, so we'll be driving down there some time around my birthday in mid-May, and stop at my auntie's in NC also.

It's looking like Kristen is really leaving us :( she's going to tennesee this summer, so I'll be assistant manager, and i think Leslie is considering giving Phil my job. It'll still be sad without Kristen, though :( it sucked enough when Jen up and quit.
Well, I'll get another raise at least :D

ok time to do something constructive.
