So, that lake effect snow warning? Yeah. Last night was amazingly gorgeously warm and windy. It made me happy while I was dying my hair and watching "Track of the Moon Beast" on mystery science theater but when I should have been writing.
le sigh.
It's raining again today, and it's starting to look not like Buffalo outside. The sky tends to change color as the year goes 'round, whether or not the seasons feel like they're changing. So, with the sky all mid-November newsprint whitish-gray, and the grass still green and the trees all naked except for the one in front of my house... it's looking like some damn southern state that doesn't get to have the joy of our blindingly white christmases and epic snow storms. I may not like the length of winter here, but at least it's fun. I couldn't stand never getting more than a few inches of snow every winter! Wusses! Come on! Bring it!
Buffalonians (those that aren't dying from heart disease) will be most likely to survive when the world is destroyed by natural disasters. We keep it real.
I don't remember the point of this entry. I don't really think there was one.
I'm going to go make a check out my wish list on Amazon.com and buy me things! Yes?
le sigh.
