Yeah i just got accupuncture for me pinched nerve. oh yes. NOT GENTLE. I mean, some of the needles i didn't even feel, but some of them were very much felt and in a not fun way. all in my ass, too. I got that cupping thing done with it, the "bleeding" thing. that was kind of cool. i have to go back friday and get more needles in my butt/hip, and i'm hoping it won't be as painful the second time. she was poking my back and going "does this hurt?" and i'd go "YES!" and start flailing around on the table.

wooh...

i have a cold, kind of. my eyes are watering a lot and i can't breathe through my nose, but i don't feel crappy other than that, really. it's all because of the stupid cleanse. damn you health! probably because i quit smoking, too. I bet if i went out and had some mc donalds and smoked a cig i'd feel fine.

oy my bum.

i'm fine, now... just a little stuffed up. it's funny, isn't it, that getting healthy makes you sick a lot of the time? oh well.
there's a big bruise on my but from the cupping/bleeding thing, though, hahaha.
how are YOU? how's your knee?
